Our finished basement flooded and we had just moved into the house so all of our belongings were down there as well. My insurance company recommended me to call SERVPRO and I couldn't be more thankful to have had them come out. They arrived at my house within a couple hours and were on it! Shane, Dan, Justin, and Courtney were so incredibly polite and helpful. They were very open to me asking a ton of questions and were super knowledgeable in what they do. They never seemed annoyed with what they had to do or with me asking them so many questions. They are truly a great group of people to have worked with! I knew that we could trust them 100%. I know that we won't have to worry about any more damage from the water because of this company, which is such a huge relief! My husband and I were out of our house for over 3-4 hrs and when we arrived back home we walked into a water disaster! Our kitchen and finished basement were flooded.
