Flooring upgrade after a Basement Flood

After this homeowner's basement flooded in Flint Township, the subfloor was affected and needed to be completely replaced.  Dave, one of our project managers worked with the customer throughout the entire process to make sure he fully understood everything that needed to be done. He also stayed in constant contact with the homeowners insurance adjuster to make sure the customer was covered. Check out the difference once SERVPRO of NW Genesee County was done with it!  The homeowner was thrilled to have an upgrade for his man cave and his wife was happy to have him back in the basement and out of her kitchen!
