Cornerstone Building Flood in Downtown Fenton
SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County was the first to respond when a pipe broke on the third floor of the Corner Stone building in Downtown Fenton. All of the lower retail stores were affected, including Salon 416 and The Rough Draught, along with the upper level condos. Once the water had finally stopped rushing in through the ceiling our certified team began immediate extraction followed by placing dehumidifiers and drying equipment throughout the entire building. Everything unaffected was carefully and thoughtfully packaged and removed so no further damage could be done. Our team worked day and night to get the retail stores open as quickly as possible and help the home owners get home.
