Frozen Pipes Lead to Major Renovation

The images above is just a fraction of the work that SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County had to do in this home. The pipes froze causing multiple breaks throughout this space. The water flooded the home so quickly that over an inch of water was left, affecting the formal dining room the living room and the kitchen. All of the carpet and padding had to be removed and replaced and new drywall had to be hung and painted. Our trained professionals left this home looking better than it did before the water damage and the home owner was able to move back in much faster than he anticipated!
