Hidden Mold Damage

A homeowner's dishwasher in Fenton had been leaking in the back for an unknown amount of time. As time went on, the water flooded out onto the tile and the owners finally noticed that there was an issue.  Their insurance agent had them contact SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County to come and help with the water that was flooding. After the dishwasher was removed, we discovered there was mold in the walls as well as the obvious water damage. We dried out the surrounding space and removed the mold safely and quickly. Our technicians cleaned the whole area, built the kitchen island back up, and made it safe for the family to return.
