Damage in Swartz Creek Basement

These homeowners called us here at SERVPRO of NW Genesee County to mitigate and repair after a main shut off valve broke, causing their entire basement to flood. As you can see in the before photo, it is very important to get the water extracted as soon as possible, before mold can start to grow. After extracting the water and drying out, and sanitizing, we removed the flooring, paneling, and trim to ensure a safe environment for our customers.
